Essential Functions:

• Daily communication with college coaches promoting the business using e-mail, world wide web, and telephone


• Daily communication with college coaches to update college coach database


• Be proactive in acquiring college coaches that have been requested by customers


• Use of computer applications to maintain coach- and team-related database information


• Use of technology on a daily basis to coordinate daily functions of job


• Authenticate and verify college, high school, and club coaches as needed


• Develop and manage any internship or related subordinate associate programming for your department


• Coordinate marketing from coach department


• Support new initiatives, strategies, and tactics in support of other company departments that rely on the participation and/or enlistment of coaches.


• Coordinate marketing for all four sports from college coach department Coordinate internship programming for your department


• Routinely report activity and progress
