Dulin hired as Coffeyville CC football coach

COFFEYVILLE (AP) -- Darian Dulin has been hired as new head football coach at Coffeyville Community College, replacing Jeff Leiker, who took over as the school's athletic director after seven seasons at the helm of the Red Ravens.Dulin has been defensive coordinator for the past three seasons at Tarleton State University, an NCAA Division II school in Stephenville, Texas, that finished this season at 9-2.Before his latest stint at Tarleton, Dulin was defensive coordinator at Butler Community College in Kansas for one year. Prior to that, he coached defensive backs and the secondary at Tarleton from 2000-2003.He also coached at Sam Houston State University and as a graduate assistant coach at Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina.Coffeyville finished this season with a 5-5 record, including a 4-3 mark in the Jayhawk Conference.
