March Madness has hit Wichita Falls.

More specifically, a different kind of March Madness will hit this Saturday at D.L. Ligon Coliseum when the top-seeded Midwestern State Mustangs host the NCAA Division II South Central Regional tournament.

If West Texas A&M senior guard Holly Isaacs jogs past her team bench this weekend during the South Central Regional Tournament and yells to coach Krista Gerlich, "Dec. 18, 2007," it's not a belated birthday wish.

It's the day the 5-foot-4 sophomore, struggling with her confidence, found what any player in any sport desires most from their coach - respect.
