Weekend Matchups

ECU 3-1, NSU 13-3, NSU 6-2, ECU 8-6
Cameron (24-13, 18-10) at West Texas A&M (8-29, 4-23)- Mismatch of the weekend - Aggies have won 11 of last 12 LSC games to vault into third place and within striking distance of second, especially if the ACU/ASU series is not a split.
CU 7-2, WTAM 9-8, CU 8-7, CU 13-5
Texas A&M-Kingsville (20-18, 15-13) at Tarleton State (18-21, 13-15) - Matchup of strong pitching/weak batting vs. strong batting/weak pitching.
TAMK 11-10, TSU 5-4, TAMK 13-8, TAMK 1-11

Central Oklahoma (25-12, 17-10) at Southeastern Oklahoma (20-16, 17-11) - This would normally be the top matchup. UCO may have righted the ship by taking the final three games from Angelo State last week, but SEO has been hot for a while, winning 9 of their last 12 LSC games.
SEO 8-4, UCO 4-0, SEO 10-2, SEO 7-2
Angelo State (27-11, 21-7) at Abilene Christian (24-12, 21-6) - Top Matchup
After a 1-5 start, ACU has returned to form. ASU stumbled a bit last weekend, losing the final three games of the series against Central Oklahoma. With the GSC so loaded, and the Heartland with two strong teams, this is a very important series for the team that doesn't win the LSC tournament if they have any chance for an at-large bid to the NCAA regional tournament.
