Spring game shows ASU football team still has work to do
Sunday, April 20, 2008
Spring games in the world of college football have officially become big business.
Some 43,000 fans went to the Orange-White game that concluded the University of Texas spring football workouts three weeks ago.
The University of Florida's spring game last week was broadcast on ESPN.
Things were a little different Saturday morning at San Angelo Stadium as Angelo State concluded its spring workouts with a nearly two-hour long intrasquad game.
Only a couple of hundred people were on hand.
Go to the San Angelo Standard Times for the rest of the story.
