Noel Johnson named MSU women's basketball coach

Noel Johnson was at the NCAA Women’s Final Four in Tampa, Fla., when she got the call Sunday
from Midwestern State Athletic Director Charlie Carr offering her a job.It looks like the Stanford Cardinal and the Tennessee Lady Vols will have to play for the national title tonight without her in the stands.
Johnson was introduced Monday as the new women’s head basketball coach at MSU, becoming the eighth Mustangs coach.
