Texas A&M-Commerce's memorable season came to an end with a 2-1 loss to Truman State in the third round of the NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championship in Kirksville, Mo.
The Lions finished their season with a record of 16-4-3 after making its fourth NCAA Championship appearance in school history.
Truman took a 2-0 lead into halftime before A&M-C's Melissa DoRemus scored an unassisted goal in the 47th minute. Taylor Jordan made four saves as the Lions were out shot 19-to-8.
