  1. ACU (1) - Another game, another dominant performance.
  2. TAMK (2) - Defense has not allowed a TD in 11 quarters.
  3. WT (3) - Rolling into Game of the Week with Angelo State.
  4. MSU (4) - Slow start, but lethal in second half against Bulldogs.
  5. ASU (5) - Will an extra week help get ready for Buffs?
  6. TAMC (6) - Offense should be happy to see Greyhounds this week.
  7. ENMU (11) - Looking for first divisional win since 2006.
  8. UIW (13) - Cardinals get first LSC win, will try to follow up with first divisional win.
  9. UCO (7) - Drop a heartbreaker, and now have Mustangs coming to town.
  10. SOSU (8) - Look to rebound with Riverhawks at home.
  11. NSU (9) - Need to put last two weeks behind them.
  12. TSU (10) -  Offense continues to struggle and this week won't be any easier.
  13. ECU (12) - After big loss to ACU, get SWO at home.
  14. SWO (14) - Dawgs kept it close at MSU in first half, best chance at win this week?

Best Overall Team Performance - Abilene Christian
The Wildcats spotted ECU an early 7-0 lead, then scored 47 straight points over the next 32 minutes to soundly defeat the Tigers.  ACU passed for 308 with 5 TDs and rushed for 251 yards, while holding ECU to just 119 total yards, with 85 coming on the opening 4 plays of the game.  ECU never got past the ACU 47 yard line on their final 14 possessions.

Best Overall Offensive Performance - West Texas A&M
The Buffaloes exploded for 656 yards of total offense, with 576 coming through the air, in Saturday's 41-17 win over Southeastern Oklahoma.  Four Buff receivers combined for 28 catches for 483 yards and all 5 TDs, with Tyson Williams leading the way with 13 catches for 217 yards.

Best Overall Defensive Performance - Texas A&M-Kingsville
The Javelinas shut out Texas A&M-Commerce 21-0, extending the defenses scoreless streak to 11 quarters. Aided by a steady rain and muddy field, TAMK allowed just 18 yards rushing, while  TAMC quarterbacks completed just 10 of 35 passes for 51 yards.  The Lions converted just 1 of 15 third downs and the offense gained first downs on just one drive (two of the team's 5 first downs came via defensive penalties).

Best Offensive Performance - Mitchell Gale, Abilene Christian
Gale threw for 263 yards and 5 TDs in a little over a half, leading ACU to an easy 47-7 win over ECU.  While Gale was at the helm, ACU scored on 7 of 9 possessions.

Best Defensive Performance - Curtis Jefferson, West Texas A&M
Jefferson had 8 tackles and broke up two passes for WT, but his first quarter interception helped jump start the WT offense, leading to the first of 4 straight scores for the Buffaloes.

Best Special Teams Performance - Dakota Mawyer, Incarnate Word
Mawyer made the biggest play of the game, when he blocked the extra point in overtime, after Central Oklahoma scored on the first possession of the extra period.  The Cardinals would find the end zone and convert their PAT to get their first Lone Star Conference win.
