Midwestern State
Gradian Muse - JC Football.com is reporting that the Blinn LB  has signed with Midwestern State.
Jercorey Quarterman, LB, Kilgore JC - Midwestern State (originally signed with Florida International out of HS)
Eric Kabeya - LB, Cisco JC - transfer to Midwestern State
Christon Lisika - LB, Navarro JC - transfer to Midwestern State

Tarleton State
Navarro College is telling us that WR Brad Croak and DB Joe Jones have signed with Tarleton State. Croak had 24 receptions for 204 yards and 2 TDs, while Jones had 35 tackles and 2 interceptions.
Roddy Green, QB, Navarro JC - Tarleton - We have just learned that Green will be playing ball for Tarleton State.  Last year, Green threw for 1,242 yards, 13 TDs, 7 Ints while completing 56% of his passes.  He also rushed for 286 yards and 6 TDs. In 2009 he threw for 956 yds and 11 TDs, while rushing for 402 yds and 3 TDs.

Texas A&M-Commerce
Tyler Rawlings, WR, Snow College - JCFootball.com is reporting that Rawlings signed with Texas A&M-Commerce.  Coming out of HS in 2006, he graded a 65 by ESPN, Rivals 2 star, Scout 2 star, originally signed with Colorado State.  Rawlings had 31 receptions for 436 yards and 5 TDs.
Yogi Gallegos, QB, TCU - Texas A&M-Commerce - Killerfrogs.com is reporting that Gallegos is transferring to Texas A&M Commerce.  He had very limited playing time for TCU in 2009 and 2010.
Tyrik Rollison, QB, Sulphur Springs HS, Auburn/Sam Houston State - Smoaky.com is reporting that Rollison will be at Texas A&M Commerce but not eligible for spring drills.

Andre Simmons, WR, 6-2, 200, Sr., University of Colorado /Blackville, SC - Southwestern Oklahoma …Played the 2009 season at the University of Colorado where he saw action in 11 games with one start…Had two catches for 47 yards, including a 44-yarder against Colorado State …Listed on Rivals.com 2009 Top 100 list as the No. 35 player overall and No. 6 wide receiver after impressive two seasons at Independence Community College…Had 91 catches for 1,215 yards and nine touchdowns as a freshman and sophomore…Set Independence school record with 12 catches for 232 yards in a single game and was named the KJCAA Player-of-the-Week…. All-State, All-Region and All-Area as a senior at South Carolina’s Blackville-Hilda High School, when he set school season records with 12 touchdown receptions and career record for interceptions with 14.

Jabari Harris, QB, 6-2, 205, So., University of Mississippi/Murrah HS - Southwestern Oklahoma…Attended the University of Mississippi on a track scholarship and later earned a spot on the football team as a walk-on…All-state football and track star at Murrah High School…Threw for more than 3,000 yards and 20 touchdowns as a junior before injuries limited his senior year to just four games…Threw for 32 touchdowns in his high school career and rushed for another 14…State champion in the 400 meter dash and 300 meter intermediate hurdles…Earned Academic All-American honors in school and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Jim O’Brien, LB, 6-2, 225, Jr., San Bernardino Valley College/Rim of the World HS - Southwestern Oklahoma…Unanimous first team all-Mountain Conference selection for his role in leading the state in tackles at the linebacker position. …Had 26 solo tackles, assisted on 82 others, equaling 108 total tackles at SBVC…Also had 5.5 tackles for loss totaling 11 yards, one interception, three broken up passes, recovered two fumbles, had one forced fumble, and one blocked kick…Graduate of Lakeland’s Rim of the World High School.

Kaci Roinson, DE, 6-3, 295, Jr., Arkansas-Pine Bluff/Little Rock Central HS - Southwestern Oklahoma…Played two seasons at Independence Junior College in Kansas before transferring to the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff…All-conference pick at Little Rock Central High School where he helped lead the team to a 10-1 record and a berth in the state playoffs.

Cory Jones, RB/WR, 5-6, 165, So., Friends University/Jenks HS - Southwestern Oklahoma…Rushed for over 1,800 yards and scored 22 touchdowns in his career at Jenks High School where he helped lead the Trojans to the 2008 and 2009 Class 6A state title…Older cousin, Kejuan, played at the University of Oklahoma…Spent one season at Friends University where he had 19 carries for 105 yard and one touchdowns.

Terrel Thompson, Glendale CC - WTAM - Scout.com is reporting that West Texas A&M has offered Thompson.  However, they also report that Washington State has offered and Thompson's interest is much higher in their direction. Update - Committed to Weber State

Colter Smith, QB, Snow College - JCFootall.com is reporting that Texas A&M-Commerce and Central Missouri have offered Smith.   Smith threw for 1,088 yards with 13 TDs and 3 Ints, completing 62% of his passes in 7 games.  Smith saved his best for Snow's bowl game against Iowa Western, completing his first 13 passes, en route to a 22-34 performance for 309 yards and 6 TDs, 5 in the first half.
